I had to mouse over (yes, before I read your post/opened thread) to check that it wasn't some baltic country, Lithuania also has one of those BANANIA!-looking flags, complete disharmony of colours. At least Bolivia arranged them in the right order and made them more pastel-like, Lithuania's really do remind you of what a boring, unimaginative "ex"-commie-shithole it is.
