Is this the one that basically says "political activist" could be described as a personality type that is common throughout all extreme political groups and they're all pretty similar regardless of belief personality-wise?

Yes, and that all ,mass movements basically fish from the same pond, that there are characteristics individuals have that make them more inclined to join mass movements, and that in time they are later joined by the people who seek to profiteer from it. It is honestly an incredible book, really eye opening. A lot of parallels to what is going on now. Especially with all the e celebs and people joining for money.
