Anytime you try to take a set of applicants to match a number that doesn't necessarily apply for the position/role (ex: percentage of a racial group vs the percentage of that racial group hired/accepted), then this increases the chance for an underlying bias. Why should race or gender apply when looking for the best candidates for any specific position?

AA is racist against everybody. It works by committing a compositional fallacy by shelving everyone in a boat based on their "Average" performance by race and asserting that the average is the rule.

But what actually happens is it only benefits people who are exceptions to that rule. The people who get the most out of it are going to be rich minorities with IQs that are above average for their race.

Meanwhile all AA does for everyone else is breed segregation and racial contempt. Leftists are too stupid to understand that they cannot use an ecological fallacy to fix problems caused by ecological fallacies.

I bring up that affirmative action is also used to divide the races. Divide and conquer. I'll sum it up.

The three branches of government in America are the judiciary, legislative and executive. Now, say that in the name of defeating racism, you have legislative districts of black people apportioned differently from white districts; the courts have a different standard of practice for blacks; and regulatory commissions have regulations to businesses on the hiring of blacks that are different from regulations among white workers; what you have when the three branches operate differently for a minority is a de facto rival government.

Affirmative action is one example of a law that applies different laws for blacks. Because it creates a system where the rights of the white person are dealt with as individuals and the rights of blacks are dealt with as a whole, there is now rival systems of government where blacks are allied to a system that puts the group before the individual, and whites side with a representative government that puts the individual first.

Much of this equal rights legislation gives blacks the idea that because their rights are dealt with separately from whites, the black group is different from whites. So different it may be a separate nation.

The effect of civil rights legislation on separating blacks from their American identity is primarily why Nation of Islam in it's program of what they believe, says they'll get what they want (a separate black Muslim nation) through Federal programs.

Equal rights activism and the effect it has on giving blacks a black brotherhood mentality is why the mostly social justice majoring blacks at Yale recently held their own commencement ceremony.

It used to reward blacks by cutting their standards to make them "equal" to whites and trying to make outcomes equal. In the work world the same logic is applied but to blacks instead and that whites are the gate keepers to employment. The basic rational is that maybe the entrance standards are too geared to white people so by reducing these standards then blacks will graduate on par with whites. This failed.

Now it tries the same thing but just eliminates standards all together in a last gas attempt to prove that blacks can in fact succeed however the results are even worse now that more blacks are being let in and whites are being actively rejected.

The moral of the story is that equality of outcome is a failure and blacks cannot in fact compete with whites.

Now regarding asians and jews, the oppression theory in fact does not account for them. Asians and jews are not bothered by the "white" standards in college/work entrance in fact these two groups consider the standards too low by their own measurements.

Having an IQ past 135 can actually be detrimental since you start to lose respect for society as a result of being able to more clearly see inherent flaws with how our core structures work. You begin to notice shit like how culture is actually hypocritical, since only those with enough cultural power to paint themselves as victims are able to do so. Thus the very fact that what someone may be espousing at any given time may be considered culturally acceptable is ironically proof that their self-victimization is false. When you are smart enough to see this, and then notice that 99.99% of the rest of the population is not, it does a huge toll on your faith in humanity.
