Why is that?

>>
>>136290576
Watch Dr. Judy Wood - ' Where did the towers go '

Tesla said he could make a death ray and disolve buildings to rubble by matching the resonant frequenciess of the construction. Shattering the weak gravity bond holding molecules together. --- Bet it all fits well on the XB - 37 space plane / weapon.

Several reasons
1. He was Redpilled
2. Teaching about Edison is more efficient because he's an American and Muh patriotism
3. He probably knows the truth about the earth
4. He's a Slav
>>
The fact that he invented and publicized so many things that were successfully suppressed for decades invites dangerous questions of the narrative of constant (inevitable) progress that is the foundation of the state-enforced apathetic-'centrist' (anything to avoid controversy) philosophy, and exploration of the topic of technological suppression generally (which is one of the greatest taboos in our culture/society).

Teslas story is historical evidence that the obvious 'first glance' reality we live in (defined by technological suppression) is in fact possible, and not just, as the state insists, a novel kind of mass hallucination. That there really are no *good* (read: real, natural, pragmatic) reasons we don't have _____, leaving instead the likelihood/surety that whatever reasons exist are motivated by some unduly influential minority/individuals misanthropy or selfishness (in most cases, the state indefinitely delaying anything that might lessen their total control).
>>
Yes, this is true. I remember reading somewhere that he disliked fat people and couldn't stand the sight of them.

Because he invented everything using the Aether model of space which is opposed to the current idea of vacuum space. All modern physics are based on space as a vacuum. Jews do this to confuse you.

>His "endless energy" would have disrupted the world hegemony and power of international corporations.
It is "endless" (as long as the sun lasts) but it isn't infinite as it varies as the solar output varies. As currently measured the raw power of charged particles from the sun runs between 5GW ~ 150GW per hemisphere and Tesla's methods of capturing this energy were not 100% efficient. Tesla's method of wireless power transmission took advantage of the resonant cavity / waveguide effects and transmission losses were less than 2%.
Tesla's biggest threat to the establishment was power distribution. He'd already pissed in too many powerful people's punch when he perfected A/C distribution of electricity. His world wide wireless transmission of power would have disrupted coal, oil & electricity distribution. The fact that it would have been impossible to detect a small consumer of power in order to bill him made it just that much more unpalatable to the establishment.

>>136294975
>It's a way to provide free energy
it wasn't going to be completely free, there was a need for a certain amount of human generated electricity to keep the system 'primed' so that the solar energy could be joined with it.
>>

There is still the paradox of existence that has not been solved.

How does existence work at all. Whether the Big Bang or God, by what mechanism is all that possible and active? Either something comes from nothing and we are one extraordinary stroke of luck or Eternal Creative Forces exist that have made us what we are. Is Zero Point Energy the attempt to harness this paradox energy source? If possible, it makes matter based power sources look irrelevant by comparison.

Tesla's a meme scientist who's been propelled into popularity the last 20-odd years by droves of steampunk fanboys and conspiracy theorists posting about him on the internet.

In reality, he only made two genuine accomplishments worth mentioning: One scientific (the development of the first simple induction motor), the other social (popularizing the use of alternating current for long-range power transmission, though not inventing it as is often falsely claimed). Almost everything else Tesla did over the course of his career was either producing crude reproductions of experiments done by other, earlier researchers (the work of Volta, Hertz, Faraday, etc) or squandering borrowed money on elaborate megaprojects with little-to-no theoretical or small-scale experimental evidence to back up his claims that they would work.

There are many physicists more accomplished and more overlooked than Tesla, and yet I can guarantee far more people know about the fanciful tales of mad science and free energy that accompany him, than there are people familiar with the work of scientists like Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Jocelyn Bell, or Padma Shukla.

I've been a student of electricity for a long time and a student of Tesla for most of it. Tesla has done some fascinating stuff but his current status as meme scientist has too much fiction in it for me.
I don't believe in Tesla;
>time travel
>scalar energy
>free energy
His wireless energy system is feasible
His death ray was an electrostatic accelerator for metallic ions, and is also feasible
His "free energy" was only as free as hydroelectric, that is to say that it takes infrastructure to harness the energy.
His electrical sources for this "free energy" were

>Alternating current
Didn't invent it. Physicists had been doing experiments with alternating current since the 1830s.

>Radio
He invented a *type* of radio, but he didn't invent the concept or the core technology. Hertz and Hughes were experimenting with radio transmission as early as the 1880s. Crookes conceived of the first proper model for a radio communication device in the 1890s, and an Indian inventor, Bose and Marconi developed the first working radio telephony devices in 1894, with Marconi's being commercially viable. Tesla would not demonstrate a radio device of his own design for several more years. The entire basis for the "Tesla invented radio" argument lies on an argument over minute details of patent law. While patents for several of Marconi's later, refined designs were overturned, the US Supreme Court has upheld his original patent.

>Tesla coils
He stuck a discharge surface on a transformer, big whoop

>X-rays

Tesla was on to the true nature of this world . Jews being the most pathetic creatures pushed their idiotic Jewish anti-white scientist Einstein so that they can say that Jews are the smartest race. They unwittingly invested in a total lunatic with nonsensical theories like warped space time. Meanwhile the British and American deep states could keep Tesla's secrets under-wraps and obfuscate modern physicists with Einstein's relativity bullshit ensuring that they would always have the upper hand in technology and science.
>>
>>136309370
>>Remote control
technically correct but

>In 1894, the first example of wirelessly controlling at a distance was during a demonstration by the British physicist Oliver Lodge, in which he made use of a Branly's coherer to make a mirror galvanometer move a beam of light when an electromagnetic wave was artificially generated. This was further refined by Guglielmo Marconi and William Preece, at a demonstration that took place on December 12, 1896, at Toynbee Hall in London, in which they made a bell ring by pushing a button in a box that was not connected by any wires.
or
>In 1898, at an exhibition at Madison Square Garden, Nikola Tesla demonstrated a small unmanned boat that was radio controlled. In a bit of showmanship, Tesla entertained the audience to make it seem that the boat could apparently obey commands from the audience but it, was in fact, controlled by Tesla interpreting the verbal requests and sending appropriate frequencies to tuned circuits in the boat.

so one was demonstrating effect at a distance and the other...

well the boat had stop / go, forward / reverse and port / starboard and didn't make use of someone else's receiver (Branly's coherer) to make his contraption work

Tesla was impossible to work with. All the money he borrowed and got as an investment, he promised he would use to finance marketable products, but ended up using at Wardenclyffe. If he had spent 5% of that money on something practical like perfecting his fluorescent lights, he could have had all the money he wanted later. He needed investors but he pissed them off. Unlike a lot of people, the older he got, the more visionary and impractical he got, and he never recovered from his Wardenclyffe fever dream.

to be fair some people do say that about Ford
When examined closely most of the inventions attributed to meme Tesla are either fantasy or just where Tesla vastly improved upon some other person's prior work.

Tesla's three greatest faults were his temperament, his stubbornness, and his lack of rigor.

>His temperament was a problem because Tesla was an irritable, anti-social guy who didn't work well with others and would frequently insult or undermine the people he did cooperate with or borrow money from. Science is a collaborative effort.
>His stubbornness was a problem (especially combined with everything said above) because he frequently refused to adopt new ideas that conflicted with his own accepted views, even if ones with considerable evidence and relevancy to his own work. He famously dismissed Einstein's work on relativity, and believed quantum physics was a silly fad that would be abandoned within a few years. It also led to him continuing to pursue a lot of failed experiments long after he should have cut his losses and walked away.
>His lack of scientific rigor and higher math skills (if you've ever read any of his publications, there's next-to-no derivations in most of them and I don't think I've seen a single integral or derivative in any of his work... it's extremely difficult to make real headway in physics WITHOUT a strong foundation in math and theory. Tesla accomplished a lot for someone working from a mostly qualitative perspective, but it was the root cause of many of his failures.

Wardenclyffe was the combination of all three of these flaws. He saw a couple of promising results on a very different, very small scale experiment and with little understanding of the underlying physical processes or the potential complications, he immediately went out and borrowed a *shit ton* of money from people to build a massive large-scale version without proper planning or rigor. He constantly insulted potential investors for being skeptical, and bitched at JP Morgan whenever they inquired about progress on the project, and stubbornly decided to double-down instead of walk away when things didn't pan out.

How much do you understand? I'm fairly conversant in the practical electrical effects involved with Tesla's wireless transmission ideas. Actually since we've advanced a fair bit since his day I can explain a lot more than he could as he was pioneering in a the fields infancy.
You are aware that we live in a resonant cavity with a fairly high Q factor.
You are aware of the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic waves in a waveguide.
At what point does Wardenclyffe's basic operation violate your ideas of EM?
I'll see if I can address them.

>DC won out because of the development of digital devices, which were made possible by quantum physics
I think you've confused solid state physics with quantum physics.
The discovery's that led to solid state / digital devices were not fueled by a knowledge of quantum physics but by experimentalism in the quest of understanding of physics.

Quantum physics theories explain why solid state devices work but you've gotten the cart before the horse.

>The year 2100 will see eugenics universally established. In past ages, the law governing the survival of the fittest roughly weeded out the less desirable strains. Then man’s new sense of pity began to interfere with the ruthless workings of nature. As a result, we continue to keep alive and to breed the unfit. The only method compatible with our notions of civilization and the race is to prevent the breeding of the unfit by sterilization and the deliberate guidance of the mating instinct. Several European countries and a number of states of the American Union sterilize the criminal and the insane. This is not sufficient. The trend of opinion among eugenists is that we must make marriage more difficult. Certainly no one who is not a desirable parent should be permitted to produce progeny. A century from now it will no more occur to a normal person to mate with a person eugenically unfit than to marry a habitual criminal.

Read any of the stuff he published early on - it's 90% qualitative and there's very little derivation.

>How much do you understand?
I'm in my third year as a PhD student, post core, post quals, post-MS. I'd go into detail of why it doesn't work, but frankly I don't feel like wasting an hour going into a long, drawn out explanation that (frankly) you'll probably just completely ignore anyways. Short version - surface/ionosphere gap doesn't act like an ideal waveguide. Weakly ionized atmospheric plasma is a good conductor for certain types of EM waves... power transmission not so much.

>>136316406
>I think you've confused solid state physics with quantum physics.
They're closely linked. Solid state devices work because of quantum mechanical principles. Without quantum mechanics you don't have semiconductors, without semiconductors you don't have transitors, and without transistors you don't have digital devices.

BUT for a FUTURISTIC and BUILDING things that are made to span larger spances, ideas and shit you would USE AC

AC - can travel waaaaAAAY further i dont even know how much further but is dangerous so has to be handled UP HIGH ON A POLE
DC- Is less dangerous- can only travel like a block before its out of electric
has to have THICK CORDS to TRANSMIT & THIS is the very reason for its downfall

Tesla was brilliant and does deserve credit and recognition but these memes are faggot-tier for their presentation and, for some of them, content. Also many of us do learn about him at school.
He didn't invent AC, but yes AC won the "war of the currents" because of him.
Electricity isn't free no matter how you slice it. Every piece of infrastructure that produces electricity costs time, money, and effort for initial construction and maintenance, even if it's the government managing everything.
Also there was no death ray.
OP probably can't name a single of tesla's inventions that nobody "could even figure out" for 50 years. Way too much internet meme mystique surrounds this guy.

Gravity. Best existing model is GR - what we perceive as acceleration is the result of changes in the inertial paths (paths of maximal proper time) caused by matter and energy distorting spacetime.

There are plenty of problems with resolving GR and QM, problems which I'm more than willing to admit we haven't worked out yet, but GR's the best model we've come up with so far.

Most of the attempts to solve the conflicts (at least from particle physicists) involve introducing new particles to explain it... frankly I'm of the school of thought that gravity is a fundamentally different type of process and that there will turn out to be a different solution to marrying it with the other forces

You do realize Tesla was using TE mode wave transmission from Wardenclyffe not regular transverse freespace waves.

yup, it is my belief that he ran into an effect now called velocity modulation. It's how traveling wave tubes work.
>resonant helical structure along with an axial DC current.
>>
>>136319298
1) Schumann resonances exist, but they're not a lossless (or even REMOTELY lossless) resonance effect like what you would need to successfully, accurately, and economically transmit power through the lower ionosphere

2) TE modes *are* transverse waves. They're not a planar superposition like free space waves, but they're still transverse, just like all EM waves. Tesla was an advocate of "non-Hertzian" waves and thought he could use some kind of 'longitudinal EM wave' to overcome the problems with the resonance model, he was wrong

>we don't know why X works, but so what? it works, isn't that all that matters?
If you don't understand WHY something works, you can never truly master it. Look at all the cargo cult-type shit you see in Africa, niggers building "planes" and "helicopters" out of scrap and then not being able to wrap their heads around why they can't fly. Tesla's refusal to look deeper at a lot of physical phenomena is part of what got him into trouble, many of his experiments are filled with examples of confirmation bias that could have been avoided if he'd understood the effects he was working with better and could avoid making unconnected observations
