Shkreli will in all reality face a max of 2 years but he will more than likely not face any jail time

Cosby wasn't acquitted, they had a mistrial so there will be a second trial coming up.

Shkreli hasn't received a sentence yet. He faces up to 20 years each for the first two counts and up to 5 years for the third count he was convicted of.

So he could get no prison time or he could get some prison time. The judge will look at how much money was lost by investors and make a determination off of that. Shkreli has the option of asking for no prison time.
