Planned parenthood was founded by Margaret Sanger as part of her Eugenics program to limit the breeding of "undesirables." It's the last piece of her multi-phase series of programs left in place with the ending of the last of the forced sterilization of unwed mothers ending in the 1980's. It has remained largely successful, considering that Planned Parenthood is one of the factors in limiting the black population to 13%. Make of this what you will.
