No one wants to ride on trains/buses with niggers. That's the simple answer everyone dances around when you see the talking heads on TV discuss the state of American infrastructure.

Same thing with suburbanization after WWII. They will toss around these convoluted social theories, but the simple reality is that no one wants to live next door to niggers or send their kids to school with them.
