>know the kid will be a fuck up
>can't do anything about it

Should the government intervene with dysfunctional parents having children? It's sad to see these kids fed junk food and smoking cigarettes and the parents acting like their kids are being treated well.
Of course these people can work lower-wage jobs, but is it worth it?
