Would America look like superior East Asian countries if there

With Trump's directive given to his Justice Department to sue schools that use affirmative action, the most obvious effect will be with Asian Americans.

It got me thinking. If Democrats hadn't invented Affirmative Action for blacks (lets be honest, it wasn't for any other minority but blacks), then would our country look similar to say, Japan? Would our culture through the 60-70's have developed similarly to theirs? Would blacks be lashing out the "Yellow Man" for putting him down instead of the "White Man?"
