Japanese economy has been fucked since the 80's. They work the longest hours for the lowest wages and the fewest benifits of the industrialized world. They can fire thier employees for shit like seeking medical help for an issue simply because the management thinks maybe they could ask the company to cover it. Bosses routinely physically and verbally abuse employees and are known to use threat of job termination and blacklisting to coerce unpaid working hours and unpaid overtime. They will use similar tactics to bully employees into not taking vacation days. Theres a reason suicide rates in japan are so high, and its thier horrid work environments.

On top of that while they dont mind white tourists visiting and spending money if you move there and seek work you will imiediatley be viewed as a nigger.
