Are there any decent books about the rise of Trump/2016 election?

Insane Clown President was basically 90% recycled Rolling Stone articles but still decent read. Shattered was so-so; critical of Hillary but pulled a TON of punches and glossed over a lot of stuff; especially the nuts and bolts of Trump's campaign due to it focusing solely on Clinton.

I browsed over the recent Bannon book and it seemed too short and full of fluff.

Any recommendations? Or should I wait for Game Changer 2016?
