Why is there no propaganda general for sharing base images and giving tips for photoshop? Imagine the meme/propaganda output we could get if we had a general for getting people into easy to use photoshop like GIMP or others. I just think we are missing out on alot of skilled and/or creative people who just like to giggle at memes instead of producing them. The only problem I can see is the mixing of ideologies and infighting between them.
