Living on soil that is not your own without paying a fee is theft.

The only way you can expect law enforcement to work for free is if you're okay with lynch mobs.

The only way you can protect your shit from a far foreign threat is with borders and something protecting those borders.

The only way you can ensure contracts are kept and that the contracts are fair is with a judicial and legislative system.

If you don't have all three, unless you have found a better way to pay for these things or make them work for free, you will have chaotic anarchy.
