Gentlemen, I give you Operation Sand Tunnel. The plan is to get muslims around the world arrested on terrorism charges. Here is how I propose we do this;

Step 1. Compile a list of Muslims living in your local community. This will be deep undercover, and may require the use of sleeper agents. WARNING: This step will also likely require going outside, but may be ultimately unnecessary due to step 2.

Step 2: Hack them. This, provided we can do it remotely, will eliminate the need for step 1. Hacking them will get us into their devices (obviously), however; this is crucial for the success of the entire operation.

Step 3: Using injected malware, or any other means necessary, get them a nice """police visit""". Have them traced back to CP, terrorist plots, attempting to buy materials for IEDs online, anything. Just be creative.

SIDE MISSION - Be sure to release any actual terrorist intel recovered to the proper authorities.
