TLDR scientists made a utopia for mice with all of their needs (food, water, shelter, etc.) taken care of, the mice at first bred rapidly but after a few months the breeding slowed down until breeding stopped entirely and the population died out. The population never reached the maximum that the utopia could sustain. The society of mice changed while in the utopia in many ways that are similar to what humans are going through now, males becoming more effeminate and not breeding, females taking up more masculine roles and becoming more aggressive, the rise in single motherhood, etc.
we are headed down this rabbit hole, im scared /po/
Imagine if "the elites" isn't really as big as Alex Jones says.
What if this is just a natural occurrence when a species crams itself in tightly packed boxes for endless miles with an insane flow of food, entertainment, and information at a moments notice.
How do we reverse the trend?
You just found out about that thing?

This goes a long way towards explaining why japan is the first nation to experience population collapse.

damn

We can't. Sometimes I wonder if there's been other advanced civilizations in the past, and every time they reach a certain point it all collapses and starts over from scratch. It's almost as if Earth itself is a mind that gets bored of expressing itself through a cultural civilization for too long, so she then scraps it and starts anew.

I hate it when you fuckers post this shit. Yes, it's extremely interesting and a reflection on our societal trends. But fuck is it a blackpill.
I was born in a third world country so I don't even get to enjoy the immediate material pleasures of the utopia on the way down, but I still get fucked by the fallout time and time again, what's with universities and media here importing all the cultural waste produced by you all up above, with none of the comfort that led to it. It's like the worst of every world combined.
We're getting Venezuelan refugees btw. Ain't that amazing? I guess the good thing about socialism is that the "utopia" part is skipped and we go straight to collapse. At least I can't complain my time is being wasted, they work pretty fast.

What's the black pill again?
>>135712724
Basically, it's basically wanting to commit suicide because the truth is so harsh that life itself becomes pointless.
