Why is there no Pro-2nd Ammendment legislation going through?
>>135705289
2nd Amendment isn't at risk under Trump, there is no need to do anything atm
>>135705289
why do white boys need guns to feel safe? are you all really that scared of black folk?
>>135705615
Because we plan on using guns to exterminate you niggers.
>>135705289
Red states have their gun rights mostly intact, blue states do not, and they are a hot bed for radical leftists. Why would you want the enemy armed?
Trump has done nothing for gun rights which is really sad
>Can't even pass the hearing protection act

OBAMA GOING TO TAKE OUR GUNS
>> 8 years pass, nothing
Um..... LETS PASS SOME GUN LEGISLATION! YEEEEHAWWW
you inbred fucks are so retarded. Nobody wants your fucking guns. We just want to prevent people from going into elementary schools and killing little kids.
but apparently, you don't.
>>135705289
Partyly >>135705544
And partly because Republicans are just cucks. Right before Steve Scalise was shot there was about to be a bill that was probably going to pass that would have removed most if not all of the restrictions on silencers meaning you could just buy one and leave the store rather than having to fill out a book's worth of paper work and wait 8 months to a year to get one but after Scalise was shot Republicans pulled the bill because they did not want to seem like they were using the shooting to put pro gun stuff forwards (ie. exactly what they should have used the shooting to do)
Republicans are just flat out cuckes that don't "conserve" a damn thing and just like they let gay marriage happen give it a another 20 years or so and they will let the Dems steamroll both the first and second amendment without so much as a fight.
They love to be beautiful losers.
>>135706650
>Nobody wants your fucking guns
Good, because I wasn't going to give them to you anyways.
>>135706650
You have never read any history, you are the absolute definition of a subject/slave.
>>135706650
Obama spent all his capital on O'care. And Dems did try to pass huge restrictions nationwide but were spurred belt the majority republicans. You don't remember what was going on in the Capitol after sandy hook?
>>135705544
You have plenty to do. Repealing the FA ban for istance.
>>135706084
>>135706845
We have the SHUSH act now which is the HPA on steroids.
>>135706650
Except for all the times you tried to do just that faggot.
>>135707434
You would be better off attacking NFA directly than going after Hughes Amendment
> Implying that gun free zones work
Tell me how that has worked so far
Because more people care about and are negatively affected by shit like Obamacare, taxes, immigration, etc. I'm an NRA supporting gun owner but getting rid of the NFA isn't at the very top of my priorities.
>>135705289
There was general excitement in the gun community that we could not only pass the Hearing Protection Act but also repeal one or all of the big three gun laws: 1934 NFA, 1968 GCA, 1986 Machine Gun Ban.
Unfortunately our Replubicuck representatives are softer than chewed bubble gum and worry more about being re-elected than advancing freedom.
There is

Likelihood of passing?

>>135707608
Fuck the NRA. Those shekel grubbing shiesters can all eat a dick.
>MUH NATIONAL CONCEALED CARRY!!!1
As if states like New York, New Jersey or California would recognize it any way.
Those faggots encouraged Ronald Regan to sign the machine gun ban into law with the promise that they would put it at the top of their priority list to repeal. Now it's a hush hush "we're ashamed sorta, but don't you ever bring it up"
>>135708081
>Fuck the NRA
This. The only thing I need to protect my gun rights are my guns.

Here's a little tip for you jerk-offs:
There will never...EVER...be any pro-2nd Amendment legislation.
The government has started the process of taking your guns, and they are going to continue to do so. Do you actually believe that's, like, a Liberal vs Conservative thing? LMAO!!!
You will be disarmed in your lifetime.
If you don't believe it, look no further than the PAINFULLY-obvious false flag that is the Sandy Hill "Massacre," and the fact that NO ONE employed by the U.S. Government, Democrat or Republican, has ever stepped up and just said, "Okay, uh, Sandy Hill was staged."
Disarming the public by any means necessary is the one thing ALL politicians can agree on.

>>135707252
I do remember that.
>no bill no break!
Then they took a break.
>>135708603
>You will be disarmed in your lifetime.
You're right about everything, but this. I may be killed in my lifetime, but it will be on my feet.
Also, the Port Arthur and Dunblane massacres were false-flags too and the fucking cucks gave up their only defense. It's down to us now.
>>135707891
Not likely it's being advanced with the HPA it's literally taking a page out of the gun grabbers playbook HPA makes suppressors get regulated like a firearm so you would still need a 4473 where the SHUSH act makes it a firearm accessory you could get one mailed to you.
It's pretty ingenious now you have to fight two bills at once and if either of them passes it's still a step in the right direction.
Now they get to take the reasonable "compromise" of the HPA.
>>135708081
Hey, Brady Bloomberg still paying the bills?
>>135708349
Join JPFO my friend.
>>135707552
The thing is, you will not only have to fight liberals to achieve a liberalization on FA, but also many rich faggots on the "gun owners" side who spent thousand of dollars on pre-ban firearms and FA parts. And class III dealers too. That is why it is now, when your side controls basically all constitutional institution, or never. Just fucking do it while you have a small chance of success.
>>135709196
1. They wouldn't take me
2. I don't trust them
3. I don't trust the political process
>>135708603
>You will be disarmed in your lifetime.
I've heard this since the mid-80s, and yet, here we are.
The government doesn't want revolt. They'd have to do a half-century-plus length strangulation to get rid of guns, it could never be a short-term game without Washington heads rolling.
>>135709196
GOA is the only national pro-gun worth supporting. But their media game is woeful. However, they have come out on record saying they support repealing the Big Three. They just need to hire some moderate (term used loosely) there /pol/acks to help them step up their meme game.
The NRA is full of faggot boomers who post way too much on Facebook IN ANGRY ALL CAPS ABOUT ABORTION AND PRESIDENT OBAMA AND THESE LAZY KIDS AND OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
>>135708603
Good ..at least I will die in combat then
Carry on faggot
>>135706200
what would make you think you could get this close??
>>135709196
Only having to fill out a 4473 and using my CDWL to walk out same day is my wet dream.
>>135706650
wrong
>>135705289
I'll give you one guess.
>>135709598
I'm sure there are exceptions. There's always exceptions, but I gather that they only exist to offer proof that gun-grabbing isn't another Jewish scheme. In the end, the Jews will get to keep their guns because, of course, the whole world hates them so they have a special need.
>>135707252
oh i remember!!
>>135705289
because you now see that the two party system was bullshit. Trump went after the dems, now hes going after the GOP. In 2018 people have a chance to vote out the shitbags who blockade real progress within our government.
We may even see a glorious return to a time when states could fire their Senators/ Representatives.
>>135706200
Those two are Chinese you retard.
>>135709787
>I've heard this since the mid-80s, and yet, here we are.
Hmm, I can think of at least 3 states in which gun regulations were basically standardized with the rest of the country in the 1980's and in which now it is almost impossible to get a carry permit. BIG states.
I can look up about 40 other states that have applied additional restrictions on the types of guns that can be owned since the mid-80's.
And let's not forget that in the mid-80's, it was still legal to own automatic weapons.
So you, sir, are not seeing the big picture. You are looking for a gun grab. But what's actually happening is, a slow, steady process of increasingly-restrictive gun SUPPRESSION. The final "grab" will come when the restrictions have gone so far that only the most upright citizens can own them, and then only if they keep them in a safe.
If you remember the mid-80's, you must be close to my age. It surprises me that you still haven't figured out how the government does its dirty work yet.
>>135709787
They've given up on the older folks and are concentrating on conditioning the millennials and the next generation to be anti-gunners. You can see it happening in the schools today.
>Oh, your toast looks like a pistol, you need to be expelled.
The only way to take the guns in the immediate time frame would be to create an army of armed DARPA dogs and that's not happening for a while.
>>135709810
I've heard numerous stories about how the NRA has come in and sabotaged the efforts of other gun rights' groups, usually local, but the GOA may be one that has experienced this.
>>135706650
>1 post by this id
thx 4 bump
>>135707252
/pol/ wants this as our next president
>>135710815
If these asshats really cared about stopping gun violence they'd be trying to pass Common Sense Nigger Control.
>>135710608
It is still legal to own select fire and full auto guns but they have become cost prohibitive due to the manufacturing ban for civilians.
>>135711745
It's still legal to own select fire and full auto guns because laws that upend the constitution are not laws.
>>135705544
>nothing to do
>what is mandatory reciprocity
Fuck you anti-gun degenerates.
I always figured the Machine Gun Ban would be of interest to /pol because repealing it would allow the purchase of brand new manufactured MG-42s, FG-42s, MG-34s, MP-40s, and Sturmgewehr 44s
>>135706650
>If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them, ‘Mr. and Mrs. America turn ‘em all in,’ I would have done it.
