How does one enter the so called 'elites'. The Rothschilds, Soros', Goldsmiths et al of this world. Apart from being born into it of course.

Would becoming a CEO of a major investment bank count? Say Lloyd Blankfein tier - the CEO of Goldman Sachs with net worth of $1.5 billion.

Or is it maybe as simple as becoming a billionaire regardless of sector i.e. real estate, chemicals, telecoms, whatever.
