We haven't had a census in 7 years. The fastest growing illegal immigrant group is Indians, they're swarming in and helping their relatives get here. I'm positive it's much lower then 60%. The US Census considers North Africans and Middle Easterners as "white." Also illegal immigrants don't do the census. So it's guaranteed below 60%.
