There's only around 511 confirmed atmospheric tests, the majority of which were bellow 200kt.
Though despite the fact that there were atmospheric tests is still meaningless considering how the majority of material released by an atomic weapon was dust which doesn't reach the upper layers of the atmosphere and only lingers for a short amount of time before falling back to Earth or decaying.
