Learn some basic economics, you moron. Corporations pay tax on their income (about 35% in the US). Then the income gets taxed again as it's paid out to the shareholder as dividends. It will appear on the shareholders individual tax return. This is double taxation and it's actually a *huge* disincentive to forming a corporation. Tax law is anti-business.

What is the rationale behind taxing and stunting the growth of businesses?
