The only real 100% atheist, irreligious country who went all-out to stop people from worshipping, who made it a public goal of the government to stop religion, who almost completely eradicated religion instead of forcing it underground, is Albania.

And now that country is 60-40 Muslims/Christians. But no interreligious violence. No radicalism. No retarded genocides in one God's name or the other. It's probably the chillest Muslim country in the world.
