I've been noticing a disturbing trend lately. More and more people have been displaying the American flag around my city. I'm worried our immigrant friends will feel unwelcome in our community because of this blatant attack on their heritage. Immigrants founded and built America. The least we could do is make them feel welcome. I even voiced my concerns to a neighbor of mine and he just laughed. He literally laughed in my face for trying to protect our immigrant brothers. This disgusting trend needs to end.
