The problem with that idea is that anyone in the world can make new technology. Iv got close to ten thousand points of Imperial guard mostly infantry but iv got 12 leman russes a baneblade and 6 chimeras along with an assortment of other tanks. I got a leman russ with my battle box and spent 30 dollars on 1 chimera. Picked up a baneblade for 90 on sale.

No life for anyone that makes me want to cry. For example, San Francisco is filled with people who are homeless because their lives have been destroyed by schizophrenia and a lack of anyone who cares about them.
