Two questions: what would a successful US Capitol attack have changed about that day? And what would attacks on nuclear facilities have changed?

US fighters would have scrubbed the jets, under normal protocol. Sad for the pilots whod have to take the shot. It was all planned to limit rights and freedoms, and, to be at a prpetual state of war

I didn't think about that. Is that a policy regarding D.C. installations? I guess there would be elevated defense maneuvers ready to respond to any sort of attack. But to decide to shoot down a civilian plane? Could they have weighed everything and made that decision in mere minutes? It's a good question.
