the guard folloed them for an hour in a vehicle from his post (WaMu) after telling them to leave cause he pissed in a bush. then tazered him, then shot him twice in the chest in front of two witnesses. So.. ya. it should be clear he was murdered with intent. Just in case some bullshit lets this filth off with a warning. we want to do whatever we can to get him prosecuted to the fullest extent.
