So, we're going to have to come to terms that eventually, the Bull is going to stop running. What are you going to do? I personally think, as of now, we are in something of another housing bubble and tech bubble. Alternatively, an Auto loan one. I live in a shitty neighborhood that has homes for sale at an upward of 300k. No good reason for that. There are people getting ten year loans for cars, that's a sign. Tech, is well, tech. I'm not saying a large correction is coming "soon", I just think it's coming eventually.
