Does black on white racism go unpunished due to history and groups like BLM?

I'm not a white supremacist and I don't consider myself to be a racist but if there's one thing that's abundantly clear its that black on white racism to completely looked over.

If a white gang randomly attack a black person it would immediately become a case of racial abuse and news outlets will jump all over it, but if a black gang randomly attacks a white person it rarely ever becomes a case of racial abuse. In fact there are still hundreds of people who legitimately believe you can't be racist against whites.

Through this magical thing called 'diversity' and 'acceptance' we seem to of made other races immune...
