They don't have to.

niggers are taught from childhood they don't have to try. They learn it from their parents, the schools, and the government.

niggers lack patience and beat/yell/stop/acknowledge their little nigglets are annoying them when they yell and scream. At birth they learn they can yell and scream and they will get what they want.

When the start going to school, they find that nobody does anything to them and if any adversity is thrown their way, it can be made easier, ignored, or made a non-issue. They also learn that non-blacks aren't allowed to do anything to them or the non-black will get in trouble. Schools teach the niggers that they are special and should be given what they want.

Lastly, the government reinforces it all. Free healthcare, free food, free homes, free higher education. Niggers get free stuff for simply being a nigger, plus if anyone stops them, they can cry racist and the government will help them.

The only body of the government they hate is the justice system. Its the one part of the government that tries to blindly look at the people it deals with. Its one of few times niggers are told "no" by anyone. They feel the system is unfairly treating them because its acting completely opposite of how everyone else has treated them.

You might be wondering who else tells niggers to not do something? Its other niggers. But to niggers, that is okay because they are all brotha's and sisatah's or whatever. They don't care that the the group that is killing them most is themselves. They can't point a finger and call that racist and then yell and scream until the problem goes away.

Democrats and liberals. They use their nigger pets to keep themselves in power. They just need to throw small trickles of free things at niggers and the niggers will keep voting for them.

At it's base, democracy allows this. You don't need a smart voter base to stay in power, hell you don't want one. You want people who are stupid and dumb. You want to keep them in the dark and be the only one to show them the light. With that, you own them and control them. Democrats know that niggers are stupid, lazy, and greedy. They know they need to give them what they want and they will have their power as long as they want it.

Money wasted on niggers is simply an operating expense to the democrats. And they don't even have to foot most of the bill. They take it away from others.

Why play that game though? The trade-off isn't in their favor, at some point the pay off of exploiting niggers and other non-whites will come at the cost of the country. Why can't they see that?
