this isn't any failure of trump. dude obviously has done everything to get this measure through. "republican" congress is not really "republican" congress, it's controlled opposition. conservatives and redpilled people have known this since before the days of GWB. shit we all knew it back when GHB was standing in front of the UN and talking about creating "a new world order". this measure was never going to pass. socialized medicine is the future if the elites have anything to say about it.
