Pretty interesting article in one of the biggest german printmedia. According to the article the first person to signalise the Holocaust was German industrian and nazi enemy Eduard Schulte. Apparently he managed a production facility near Auschwitz, noticing a visit of Himmler in the area, wondering what he would do there. Anyway long story shot he travels to Zurich and exposes this plans to e jewish business partner who then contacted the jewish world congress and the story, with delay, turns viral. So the beginning of all is based on an eye witness account and later on picked on by the media.
