Lately there's been a war on Crossfit and HIIT, blowing up rhabdo and other minor inconveniences as reasons to stop pursuing these activities.

I take the preworkout supplement Jew, but only because I see great results from it. Nothing like shedding fat from an anaerobic workout.

For those who can't, they will absolutely see a benefit from Cf and hiit. The blitz against working out is the weak decrepit Jew trying to steer Americans from fitness. People have also, over the past decade or so, begun to respect people who are in shape on a fundamental sociological level. Including in social circles and the workplace.

I know guys who have spent thousands and crossfit over the last 3yeaes with no results. If I hit the gym for about 3 months solid i out perform them in the 3 primary lifts, and I can already do more standard pushups, pull ups and chin ups than these kipping fagets.

Agreed. HIIT is excellent and what I advise for athletes/military guys when I work with them. Crossfit is for literally retarded faggots. Much better off with standard weightlifting with some Oly work. Easiest way to not get rhabdo is to know your fucking limits. Be smart. If you're a young guy you've got more in the tank, if you're not fat you've got more in the tank. Don't be a 40/overweight/F trying to do some of those fucking crossfit exercises and you won't get fucking injured.
