Are White people morally superior than Asian people?

During the war -
Asia :
Many wars occured in Asia region, The winner demolished the loser very brutally (Mongol empire, Chinese war(they used to bury over 500,000 of captives in 1000 years ago), Nanjing Massacre (Japan army slayed literally every innocent ciizen in China)

Western(White) :
US army announced that the region will be bombed by air planes to not harm innocent citizen before they fall Nukes and bombs in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagasaki (Tried to lessen the citizen's damage as much as they can)

Also in the Korean war, They could use the nuclear missail to Chinese army but they didn't because they thought there would be too many damage for the citizens around China

The western society avoid to use massive weapons dealing with Middle Eastern war problem. They still react very sensitive if their weapon could harm the citizen of their enemy country.

Furthermore, and most importantly, It was western people who invented human right concept and global law which restrict many ruthless war crimes. and It was western people who build UN to control the world's conflicts.

Why do they behave so nice? If there were only White people in this world, it would be very well developed and very well stabilized just like Northen Europe. Even in America, If US didn't take the immigrants and minorities in their country and try to keep their own nationality as White only, there would be not much gun shooting and crack criminal problems.
