It's all an act though. She'd come over to us at bars and cafes and be like "Hey bros, did you see the game last night?" sticking her chest out and trying hard to talk about 'manly' things. It felt like such a stereotype.

It got me thinking that trans people don't want to become men or women, they want to become stereotypes or paragons of what they believe men and women to be. The girls want to be the manliest dude you've ever seen in a high school teen drama, and the guys want to be slutty girls who are the center of attention all the time.

I do a lot of degenerate online role-play, and I can't begin to tell you how common it is for MtF people to role-play characters that are slutty bimbos or prostitutes. They don't want to simply be women, they want to be the dirtiest woman they ever fantasized about.
