US vs. NK is by far most likely.

US vs. RUS would essentially be Cold War the Sequel.

US vs. CN would be China getting annihilated by the superior US navy and losing claims to the South China Sea, Taiwan, etc.

US vs. EU is a complete meme, closest would be a trade war, and even that would be half-assed with some EU states still supporting the US.

US vs. Ayy would just be Earth getting destroyed by aliens instantaneously once we show signs we could pose a treat to their galactic hegemony.

To expand on the North Korea one, what will happen is the destabilization of the Kim regime leading to more and more desperate moves. Either the US will get fed up with it and attack them, or they will fire nukes, mobilize army, etc. The US will shoot down any missiles that threaten us, and, assuming missile defense systems stay in place in East Asia, South Korea and Japan. The real danger in this war is the proximity of southern population centers to the north. Seoul is in artillery range, a city with some 25 million residents, which could face 40,000 shells a day.
