I've just watched V for Vendetta today and I've realised I identify a lot with the Neo Fascism government in the movie. I don't want a police state but there were other aspects I agreed with.

Ultra nationalistic
Anti immigration
Anti socialism
Anti communism
Anti Marxism
Homosexuality illegal
Koran illegal
Jews and Muslims were kicked out of Britain
Christianity re-elevated

However society was heavily regulated. All police were armed. One news network. Everyone was spied upon. Torture and death penalty for suspected disidants. Curfews.
