The rate is 40% suicide among people who don't get on HRT and such. The total rate of trans people killing themselves after being on HRT, which is cheaper on taxes than hospital trips, morgue fees and soforth, is exactly in line with the population at large. You pay less to get these people on hormones than you do to let them kill themselves, and HRT solves the issue except in those cases where people lie and cheat or have retarded parents who are willing to start transition prepuberty.
