Forensic evidence was very poorly understood by much of the jury in general.The glove stunt was some defensive genius because they managed to ensure it wouldn't fit by having him both stop taking arthritis medication -leading to hand swelling- and double bagging his hands in gloves to "prevent evidence contamination".
