Seriously, think about something small you did yesterday, how you put on clothes for example, and think about how dressed today. Oddly did the same thing? From experience, I can tell you it's definitely more about exercise than diet.
Stopped eating breakfast durning the school years. Lost like 2-1 pounds a week.
Started adding in daily walks, and increased to losing 4-3 pounds.
Went back to having breakfast again, eat like a slob, but got a part time job at Home Depot with different hours every week. Lose 6+ pounds a week.
I was able to lose more with no change to my diet with a labor intensive job than I was starving myself by skipping meals.

You could lose all your weight AND eat good tasting food and feel full.

Not at first, because when you are addicted to those levels of sugars and fats, everything else is going to taste like cardboard at first and you will feel hungry all the time.
It takes time to adjust your palate back down from sugarcoma overdrive mode and for your body to adjust to your lifestyle change.

With enough effort eating sane portions of REAL healthy food (not bad tasting food with health labels on it) then you will actually see results and start tasting delicious tastes you never knew existed.
You can even eat occasional deserts and sweets, but you will notice that they actually taste too sweet to the point it disgusts you and you don't even want them. Bread will taste like cake and be equivalent to a desert.

I'm not lying. This is in my personal experience what a true healthy diet is like. Life is too short to eat garbage and feel like shit all the time.
