It all starts and ends with the FCC, people need to keep that in mind. I wouldn't be surprised if net neutrality is being used by Trump to drum up outrage towards it. Considering his original plan was remove ISPs from FCC regulation and move it to the FTC. Same could go for cable providers and so on, would be a good step in dismantling the propaganda machines like CNN.
