That's actually in Uptown, right by the big homeless camp at Wilson. Uptown is a shithole but is getting gentrified, still a long way to go though. At one point, it was the end of the line for the El Stop, and one of the most dense neighborhoods in the country, so it became a popular place to dump off the homeless and mentally ill and the stray niggers and fags. There were tons of SRO cheap flophouses with shared baths. Still a few around there.
