Slogans have to be catchy and convey multiple meanings.

Make America Great Again for instance suggested that America was great in the past, wasn't doing great right now, but that Americans could make it great again. That hits on depression about the state of the country while sounding positive about how it's possible to fix it.

The Democrats are repeating how they're better about a few things which sounds mindless and pompous.

We are in an era where the voting public wants their politicians to get off their collective asses and DO something (other than profiteering for personal benefits, that is). Smarter advertisers would thus demand that these slogans have verbs in them, either to indicate that they want to be active in nature or to disguise/discourage the connection.

The lack of verbs in their slogan is telling.
