We're reaching levels of Jewry I never dreamt possible

he will be killed. ill bet on it.
>>134644524
You can't trademark something widely used. This is why Google hates it when people call any search a google because it potentially makes their trademark a generic term like jeep or kleenex.
It would be legally impossible to trademark something as widely disseminated and with so much prior use.
You can get cute about le jew meme but if this worked I could trademark all apple logotypes by claiming the general apple symbol could be mine.
>>134644524
What if we reverse it again? Like Hitler did.
>>134645055
Google is just word..or phrase.. the swastika can be trademarked.. I'm surprised no one has done already
>>134645202
its a religious symbol, fruitcake
>>134644524
Lucasfilm tried to copyright the word NaziĀ© in its line of Raiders of the Lost Arc toys in 1980. That didn't work either.
>>134645055
Wait, what is their reasoning here? Having an item named after your company is generally considered a benefit and the exact opposite of generic.
What if this just motivates a new symbol for new nazis but without the negative connotations that muh hitler had?
>>134645202
Asians are still using the swastika in religious ceremonies, statues, artwork, etc like they have done so hundreds of years before hitler was born.
You can't trademark something used by billions of asians, like Buddhists and Hindus.
Someone should trademark the letter A.
Hurry while it's still available.
>>134644524
I guess he should trademark the american, russian, and japan flag whiles hes at it...because if youre gonna do something useless go big or go home.
>>134645202
How can a swastika be trademarked?
First of all, Hitler invented it, so how can someone else trademark it?
Secondly, it was created over 70 years ago, so it's fair use now.
>>134645702
Bait
>>134645702
This is the face of public education.
>>134645702
>hitler invented it
It's several thousand years old and is called the sunwheel
Unsuprisingly, it represents the sun
>>134645702
Yeah, he didn't.
>>134645812
The sun wheel was the reverse of a swastika. But even if you count a swastika as being a sun wheel, or a swastika being older than Hitler, that proves my point even more that it can't be trademarked.

The law does not allow a company to claim as its proprietary mark a generic term.
Swatsika is a generic term.
>>134645794
Low Quality too
>>134645702
Burger education or low quality bait, can't tell anymore

Hitler did invent it the swastika we all know and love though. Turning it 45 degrees, black over white circle, with red flag is what gives the symbol punch.
this will backfire
also the UN is trying to make Cultural appropriation illegal so that they can classify anyone outside Germany being Nazi as against the law. Also will backfire because Hitler the head of the Nazis said 'My spirit will rise from the grave. One day people will see that I was right.' Anyone in the world championing any part of National Socialism can be seen as the risen spirit of Hitler really
It is an embedded part of the Culture and for 'people' (referring to people of the world not just Germany, Germans already knew he was right) to know he was right Nazism and it's culture must be spread and popular worldwide. Otherwise also Marxism is illegal outside of Jewish communities and Russia. The Cultural appropriation law won't pass anyway the UN is a failure

You're forgetting, judges are biased and as of late, seem to have no problem disobeying the laws of the land and wills of the people.
Most countries with laws against holocaust denial also have basic freedom of speech laws, they simply ignored them.
And don't forget how jewy our legal system is, literally. It's absolutely controlled by jews.
>>134644524
This is fucking hilarious.
>>134645420
> be xerox
> spend millions developing a brand
> people call it a Xerox instead of a photocopy
> you lose your trademark rights
> any company can now sell a photocopier called a Xerox
> you have no legal recourse
Never let your brand become a generic term for the product or action.
>>134646625
>also the UN is trying to make Cultural appropriation illegal so that they can classify anyone outside Germany being Nazi as against the law.
Big if true. That would be implying that National Socialism is a quintessential part of German culture.
>when the jewing backfires
>>134645702
>Hitler invented it
>>134644524
Are people actually this fucking retarded?
They do know that is also a religious symbol right?
Like saying I'm going to copyright the cross so that christians can't use it.
Fuck me.

The story about the nazi swastika being reversed is urban legend. Buddhists have been using swastika oriented both ways for millennia.
