Dems have completely taken over Las Vegas and the entire state. The stronghold of Republicans in the Northwest of the state has gone blue. The state legislature turned blued in the 2016 election. The governor is term limited in 2018. Because it's a midterm it'll still probably go red but the state is now pretty much officially blue. Bloombergs astroturfed Every Town got a really bad gun law passed in 2016. The state Attorney General, Republican Adam Laxalt, says the law is so poorly written that it won't be enforced. if the state goes blue that law will be enforced.

Las Vegas is now the city with the highest per capita number of illegal immigrants. I've been here 17 years and in the past 8-10 (basically the entire Obama administration) the place has just been flooded with beaners.

Oh and the weather is still fucking horrible as always. Summers too hot to go outside, fall that last 3 days and winter that is windy with high wispy clouds that keep the place uncomfortably cold and gloomy in the winter.

I went for a internship last month to a tech company. The very same week LGBT parade was going on.

It was cancerous as fuck. Naked men everywhere with little girls walking around the streets. Plus the city has tons of homless people. Not to mention the constant smell of urine.

I did find it funny though when I was looking towards the city hall building that the collective weed of the gay pride parade had made a cloud of pure dank hover over the city block.

The only good side about San Francisco is that some of the food is amazing as all hell. Rover burger is probably the best burger I've ever had.
