That's going to happen to EVERY white controlled area just like it is now. Like other posters have said you need to focus on GEOGRAPHICALLY DEFENSIBLE AND STRATEGIC AREAS.

The Midwest is great and certainly should be a part of the mix, but by itself its very indefensible, no natural barriers, no ocean access, and surrounded by the East and West coasts.

Ideally the Reich needs to stretch from the West coast all the way to East Coast in New England, with the Midwest/Canada making up the heartland. That gives us access to both Atlantic/Arctic/Pacific, plus all the farmland/water, forests, and mineral resources we need.
