That resolve is from a bit naive time, but unfortunate for your sarcasm is that most of what Marx described were real problems, just incredibly charged with the stoicism of the industrial complex individual which is just an age old dethrone scenario drugged up with mass production. Socialisms biggest problem was figuring out a better decentralized flow of capital; in a way it was too decentralized, and essentially tossed harder questions to the statesman that the production elders could not go along with. That's why at the end Gorbechov was appealing to the public for essentially another revolution in the kindest way allowable.

This coming from a South African is a top kek. I'm no commie but if you cannot admit that capitalism is to say the least, messy on its torch in the forest approach.
