Both sides are right on some things but have really awful sticking points. Most of us here happen to identify with the right side of the spectrum for those reasons.

Trump winning was more the Democrats pitching the worst campaign in history than right vs left politics. The ordinary man doesn't care about right vs left politics. Most of them aren't even aware that the 'redpill' is a thing.

Social Justice isn't a symptom of any single policy of the left but is instead a symptom of extreme groupthink on both parties. When issues were originally being brought up, the left/right in America and abroad decide if those issues are right issues or left issues to properly split them up for consumption.
Social Justice could just as easily been a right-wing phenomena given the right set of starting variables. In some countries, gun ownership is a left wing issue.

This goes back to the fall of Communism. Communism in itself is what caused many of the left-leaning political parties in play today. While some of those ideas may have merit, the vast majority of communism failed for a reason, but the left wants to cling to it.
Libertarianism is the analogue for the right.
