The capitalist restaurant. They want the money and they want people to return so they can make more money, so that food and the quality better be damned good or some other owner will take the money/people away from him.

The communist restaurant knows its going to get people because its run by the state and the state says feed those people. It doesn't, however, place a need to make sure the quality is any good and since its not worried about losing customers as they have to come back to eat there because the state said to.

Also, in communism, there are no "customers" as consumption of food is generally non-existent in a communist state. Only famine, despair, and generally tons of deaths/executions of people since communism doesn't work for people, which is why the leaders of a communist state force people work with communism.

If you commies want to sample communism, give North Korea or China a sample and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Better dead than red.

I don't know Know what that is. I was exaggerating but to get the point across that fast food innovation came as capitalists looked to help people receive their food quickly. The speed and efficiency you see in capitalist food will never be matched by soviets. The drive to innovate and work just isn't there in a society where one cannot accumulate wealth nor can one ever feel the pain of failure and poverty (though I suppose everyone does in a communist society lol)

My parents who grew up in USSR always tell me that the quality of food under capitalism sucks ass.
Meat, sausage, bread and cheese were free of fillers and preservatives and they were incredibly cheap. Less choice, sure, but basic foodstuffs were plentiful, healthy and affordable to everyone.
So yeah, a communist restaurant would probably have stricter regulations as to what they can serve to people and it would be better for customers.
