Who we look for is people who are: serious, smart, good looking (you can be ugly but you have to dress decent) and dedicated. Then, intellectual formation so you have the ideological basics and can speak to newocmers, to journalists, in front of a camera, etc. You would have to come to our summer camp, a one week formation with conferences, activism and sports with your fellow Europeans (last year vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36cfUbDXUbg).

And finally, you will have to be active alone of with a small group of friends until you make it with sticking, handling leaflets, such small things. To give you an example, the Belgium chapter opened in December, and two months ago they were with 25 people in Gent alone. In our biggest cities (Paris, Lyon) we're around 100. Something like 2.000 just in France. So it's small steps, a long way, but very fulfilling.

This concept seems young still, perhaps too young for a small country like Norway. Although I think in time Norway could be a good place for a new chapter, as a lot of us are still very nationalistic and want to protect our culture and traditions.

We like subsidiarity. It's more flexible, reactive and active. Everything that can be done at the local level is.

So there's a real vertical line of command, with clearly identified leaders, but it's not rigid. Every chapter have ties with everybody, we regularly meet between local or national chapters, for activities or just tourism, and of course during the summer camp there's people from all of Europe.
