Why can't burgers wrap their heads around the concept of free healthcare?
I can literally break my arm right now, walk into hospital and get treated and nobody will hand me a bill or ask for my insurance details.
I don't need to worry about whether I bought the bronze or silver plan or how much excess is on my policy. I don't have to see and hear retarded drug adverts everywhere telling me to "ask my doctor" for a specific overpriced magic pill because they're a fucking doctor and should be qualified to give me the correct medicine. And I can sit in comfort knowing my taxes were efficiently spent, (minus a few foreign health tourists and fat scroungers) rather than paying dumb insurance premiums that go mainly on advertising, administration and profit, then profit again if and when payouts are made to a hospital, then again on pharma companies who can charge small hospitals far more for drugs than a huge state provider with monopsony buying power.
Feels good not getting jewed over one of the basic necessities of life to be quite honest.

>heh its not actually free because taxes fund it
wow I didn't realise that, checkmate to me I suppose
Free healthcare is good, so long as it is a safety net for the vulnerable and working people, which means excluding degenerates and foreigners.
yet in order to get better healthcare, people still pay for healthcare instead of using the NHS. Really jogs the ol noggin.

Very few people do that except for specific operations the NHS doesn't provide. Even wealthy people tend to use the NHS because it's so good.
It's only a matter of time before the same thing happens to Canada
We have socialised healthcare here. People pay a heavy price in taxes to upkeep all the regulation, the people who abuse the system, etc.
Socialised medicine sucks. I've waited eight hours to get a check in the hospital, and that's considered a small amount of time.
I've heard of people in Britain having to wait as long as eight years to get something fixed

I'm pretty sure you're LARPing as a bong, but I'll bite: Why can't Bongs get their heads around the concept that death panels are wrong? It's in your system (literally ordering a child can't leave the hospital until it's dead) and it's in Obongo's system (age cutoffs for various treatments because hey, you're old, you should die now anyway). Freedom ain't free, you Bong!

America is going to fail because old people live passed 62.
