You can also forward orders from places other than amazon such as sales on ebay, or other e-commerce stores such as a shopify or a stand alone website made with something like WIX.

It might take you 3-4 days to get all of this properly set up. You dont have to sit around, theres plenty of research to be done right now friend.

Right now there's a trial run being conducted to confirm how much money each unit will generate per month, minus the costs of operation. Other people have been making money off of doing this, but the specifics are still being worked out right now by the people I know. Facebook ads and google ads are very good options as the reach is huge and investment is very little.

If you want to put more money into it you can hire someone to run social media for you full time which can aid in promotion, especially if you promote the page, you can send your products out to e-celebs for review ect. to get more exposure

You can also hire people to shill your products out on the internet through affiliate marketing programs, aggressive pay per click campaigns work well once you start contacting large facebook pages with offers
